Returns:

gifts-plus offers the following Returns Policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within three days of received. You may return it for full refund (less shipping)a 15% restocking fee may apply. If you are returning the item because got damaged on the road or because we sent you the wrong color, then we'll send you a return label, and resend your item at no additional cost to you. In order to reship the 
product or issue a refund, you (the customer) will need to contact us first prior returning the item, and we will take care of the rest. 


Shipping:

We at gifts-plus ship most of our items to USA and Canada only, and some are shipped worldwide, it will be indicated in the item description.
Professional packing is used to protect all merchandise of damage when on the road. A tracking number will be povided for all purchases at gift-plus.com.
Shipping to the lower 48 States will be through UPS Ground, for Canada through Canada Post, and for all others via USPS Priority and First Class   Mail. For items shipped through UPS ground please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, unless you selected RUSH (3days delivery). Please keep in mind that UPS do NOT delivery to P.O.Boxes, so make sure to provide a physical address when making payment.
International buyers; Please check with your country for "Import Custom and Duty" Fees Regulations prior purchasing.

Payment:

We accept all major credit/debit card and echeck though Papal, it is fast and secure. Checks and Money orders by mail are acepted, please note; if you are making payments with checks, your order will be processed after your check clear.
